Shipping Information:

SHIPPING IS FREE for all U.S. orders. Shipping to Canada is $15. All orders will be shipped double-boxed via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery) for U.S. orders or USPS Priority International (6-10 day delivery) for orders to Canada. All orders come with signature confirmation and tracking #. Expect to receive your order within 1 week after the official release date of the shoes you order, or sooner.

We do not offer shipping outside the U.S. or Canada at this time.


Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If your order is not fulfilled within 1 week after the official manufacturer-designated release date then you will receive a full refund of your payment. No payments will be otherwise refunded. All sales are final.

How are you able to guarantee my preorder?

We work very closely with several top-selling Jordan accounts across the country. When an upcoming release is ordered by one of our suppliers they receive a set allocation of each size of that particular model by Nike or Jordan Brand. We in-turn place pre-paid orders with our suppliers to receive our own allocation of each size on or before the official release date. Therefore, every pair of shoes that is posted for sale on this site is under a pre-paid contract with one of our suppliers. We have had these arrangements with our suppliers for years and they ALWAYS deliver exactly as promised. Therefore we are able to guarantee that when you place an order with us, you will receive the shoes you ordered within 1 week after the official release date.
